Returns and Refunds

Holiday Free Returns - Extended to Jan. 31, 2024

Returns are accepted within 30 days from receiving your product(s), except for purchases made in November and December which can be returned until 1/31/24.

Exception: Ditto allows returns within 10 days from receiving your order, except for November and December purchases which can be returned until 1/31/24.

Items must have been purchased from Singer.com 
Must be the original owner 
Must be returned in the original packaging

 
Return must be postmarked within the 30-day return period (10 days for Ditto).

Note:  SINGER fabric purchases cannot be returned if the fabric has been cut or laundered.

Making a Return is Sew EASY!

Step 1  Please Click here to complete your Return Request.

Step 2  You will receive an email from our support team confirming your return authorization. You will also receive an email containing a UPS shipping label. Please be sure to check spam and junk folders as this will be an automated email from a UPS account. This return label will expire in 7 days.

Step 3 Print the label, adhere it to the package, and drop it off at a UPS drop-off location. Return authorization is only valid within the 30 day return window. Item must be post-dated for return within the 30 day return period (10 day for Ditto).

Step 4 From the time we received your return, it may take a few weeks to process your return. Your refund will be processed to the form of payment used for the original purchase and excludes any original shipping charges. Gift Box fees are not refundable.
